PTA Family Directory

Have you checked out our private, password-protected portion of the site which allows families to access the PTA Family directory online? To do this, enter your User ID and Password and then click on Directory in the left hand navigation bar. Families are listed alphabetically, but data can also be sorted by class; you can enter your street name and see all the Chesterbrook families who live on your street; you can view the family's email address so you can email them; and you can click on the Map It Icon to get directions to their house. One of the big benefits of the online directory is that we can keep it up-to-date and can add information for any families who join the school after the family directory is printed. If any of your contact information changes throughout the year, please be sure to log in and visit the My Account tab in the left hand navigation bar and make any updates.

Internet Policy

This document is a statement of policies and practices regarding the Chesterbrook PTA’s use of the Internet. It applies to the PTA’s website as well as use of email.

Website Mission

The PTA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization with a non-commercial orientation. However, the PTA engages in fund-raising activities and accepts donations and sponsorship by commercial organizations. The purpose of the Chesterbrook website is to inform the community about information relevant to the school, the PTA, education, family and community issues. The website is intended to be a communication channel to supplement existing channels such as paper, meetings or mailings.

No Right of Connectivity or Use

This website is the exclusive property of the Chesterbrook PTA which reserves all rights thereto. Connectivity to and publication of material on the website is limited exclusively to the PTA.
